Technicians who are mechanically inclined and good working with their hands in petrochemical refineries, plants and terminals. Technical training in the area of mechanics or welding and experience working with metals or industrial leak sealing is a plus.

Job Description

Sales and Sales Manager


Looking for a highly, self-motivated technical salesman for the petrochemical industry who can also manage a small but growing sales organization. Having a broad network of customer contacts in the industry and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is a plus. Safety Administrator

Primary Function

The Safety Administrator position will provide support to the Safety Manager through database maintenance and other duties as assigned. The Safety Administrator will also assist in various HR duties including onboarding and employee terminations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain safety databases such as ISNetworld, Avetta, PEC and Veriforce.
  • Manage DISA accounts for the various companies – ensure employees are enrolled in Corporate and DOT drug policies, run background checks and drug screenings.
  • Administer and track regulatory compliance training for all employees.
  • Maintain personnel files.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding process.
  • Process employee terminations and ensure that termination checklist is followed.
  • Special projects as required and other duties as assigned.

Education, Competencies and Skills Required

  • Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) years Safety Administrative experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e. Psychology, Business Administration, HS&E, etc…)
  • Must have strong computer skills including excellent MS Office skills.
  • Must have desire to learn about the various companies that are supported.
  • Must have an general understanding of ISNetWorld, Avetta, PEC and Veriforce and be able to develop greater capabilities within these databases.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently, prioritize and accomplish deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment to complete department assigned projects.
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and organized.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time.
